Qualifications

* Key Responsibilities
*Collect, clean, and validate data from various BPO systems (CRM, WFM, ACD, QA tools, attendance tools, etc.)
*Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports
*Analyze trends in KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, SLA, QA scores, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and client KPIs
*Automate manual reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or other analytics tools
*Prepare ad-hoc data queries and analysis upon request from leadership or clients
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, staffing models, and root-cause analysis
*Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports
*Monitor anomalies or deviations and flag potential operational risks
*Assist in client presentations and business reviews by providing accurate data and visualizations
* Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a BPO or related industry
*Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros preferred)
*Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or similar BI tools
*Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs within deadlines
*Strong communication skills, able to present data in a clear and meaningful way
